Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AI & M365 Platform Engineer:
- Collaborate with development, security, and enterprise architecture teams to enable AI adoption across the business.
- Guide development teams in selecting the most suitable AI platforms for various business use cases.
- Mentor users throughout their AI journey and support enterprise AI platforms. Provide technical guidance on AI architecture and governance, and assist in moving AI agents into production.
- Participate in the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive innovation and best practices.
Required Skills for AI & M365 Platform Engineer:
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents into production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI data retrieval, RAG concepts, and improving AI responses through data strategies.
- Expertise in security, including agent permissions, identity management, and data governance.
- Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Copilot licensing, Entra ID, and user support.
