IDR is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions primarily across AWS and Azure environments. The company operates within the technology sector, focusing on cloud-native solutions, automation, and enterprise application deployment.
Position Overview for the DevOps Engineer:
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure within AWS.
- Build and support microservices-based architectures utilizing AWS cloud services.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage multi-environment cloud resources.
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with software development teams to deploy and support applications built with .NET Core, React.js, and Python.
Requirements for the DevOps Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud infrastructure within AWS, with experience working in Azure environments.
- Strong experience designing and supporting microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, EC2, VPC, Route 53, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, MSK, ElasticCache, OpenSearch, AWS Transfer Family, Glue, Database Migration Service (DMS), AppFlow, WAF, IAM, KMS, ACM, Secrets Manager, and Elastic Beanstalk.
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
