IDR is seeking a Senior Digital UX Product Designer. The role is remote and with a company that focuses on digital product design in healthcare settings. The position combines hands-on design work in Figma, building and maintaining design systems, collaboration with UX researchers and cross-functional teams, and supporting large-scale website projects. It also involves working in hospital/inpatient and outpatient environments, along with experience designing for accessibility and working with branded pattern presets.
Position Overview for the Senior Digital UX Product Designer:
- Design and build user interfaces and experiences for large-scale websites in healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to ensure designs resonate with users.
- Develop and maintain design systems, including UI components and dark/light modes.
- Work within preset brand design patterns, ensuring consistency across projects.
- Incorporate accessibility standards (WCAG) into design deliverables and workflows.
Requirements for the Senior Digital UX Product Designer:
- 7+ years of experience as a UI and UX designer, ideally with large-scale website projects.
- 4+ years of designing and building in Figma.
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working with UX researchers and in Agile Scrum environments.

Compensation Range: $67–$69/hour
