IDR is seeking a eCommerce Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves overseeing online retail operations, optimizing processes, and supporting growth initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
Position Overview for the eCommerce Manager:
- Manage daily eCommerce store operations to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
- Lead product launches, inventory management, and merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support omnichannel retail initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Support inbound shipments, order fulfillment, and logistics planning to enhance supply chain efficiency
Requirements for the eCommerce Manager:
- Ecommerce or Retail Store Operations Experience
- Experience supporting product launches, inventory management, and merchandising
- Strong knowledge of store operations and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record supporting customer experience and optimizing online retail channels
