IDR is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role supports the corporate recruiting team by managing interview scheduling, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual interested in a fast-paced, administrative support position within a dynamic organization.

Position Overview for the Recruiting Coordinator
• Provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team.
• Manage interview scheduling and maintain accurate records in iCIMS.
• Support recruiting operations, candidate communications, and team priorities.
• Serve as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving.
• Create a professional and welcoming experience at every interaction.

Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator:
• Prior experience with interview scheduling and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced administrative or recruiting support role.
