IDR is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Lead to join a top client for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves supporting a suite of transaction-heavy, event-driven applications responsible for processing purchases, payments, user activity, and downstream data flows. The organization operates within the technology and financial services industry, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and enhancing API and data pipeline reliability.

Position Overview for the Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Lead:

Supports a dynamic environment with a focus on full-stack solutions, including backend services, frontend workflows, and data management.
Designs, develops, and maintains scalable enterprise applications using modern technologies and best practices.
Contributes to system stability, troubleshooting, and process improvements to ensure high-quality delivery.
Leads or works within development teams to establish standards, improve system performance, and implement automation practices.
Involved in modernization efforts, ensuring solutions are supportable in production environments.

Requirements for the Sr. Software Engineer/Technical Lead:

10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, .NET Core, Azure cloud platform, and modern API frameworks.
Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver large-scale, enterprise solutions.
Deep expertise in full-stack web application development, cloud-native architecture, and API integration.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience establishing standards for development, CI/CD, and application performance.
