Our client, a rapidly growing and private equity-backed healthcare services organization, is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to help build and expand its internal data and business intelligence capabilities. This is a 100% Remote opportunity, seeking candidates local to the DFW metroplex! 

This is an ideal opportunity for an analytically minded engineer with strong SQL fundamentals who enjoys solving problems independently, learning new technologies, and working in a lean, high-impact environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the data and technology leader and will become one of the company’s primary hands-on technical contributors.

Position Overview for the Data Analytics Engineer:

  • Design, build, and maintain silver- and gold-layer data tables within Snowflake.
  • Write advanced SQL queries to transform, model, validate, and analyze enterprise data.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions using Sigma.
  • Translate business questions and reporting requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions.
  • Work directly with stakeholders across finance, operations, and executive leadership to understand reporting and data needs.
  • Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and improve the reliability of analytics outputs.

Requirements for the Data Analytics Engineer:

  • 1-5 years of experience with SQL programming, including complex queries, joins, and data transformations.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports in Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • At least 1 year of working with relational databases, cloud data warehouses, or modern analytics platforms, specifically Snowflake.
  • Experience building dimensional models, curated reporting tables, or silver- and gold-layer data structures.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
