IDR is seeking a Sr .NET Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves leading an Agile development team in designing and developing enterprise applications within a dynamic industry setting. The position offers a chance to contribute to scalable software solutions and collaborate with diverse technical stakeholders.

Position Overview for the Sr .NET Developer:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, promoting engineering best practices and high-quality code.
  • Serve as the team's Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring consistent delivery velocity.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and development standards.
  • Design, develop, and validate Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate technical approaches and reduce implementation risk.
  • Prepare and present technical solution options, architectural recommendations, and tradeoff analyses to Technical Review Boards and other governance committees.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA teams, and Operations to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in application architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on performance optimization and system reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Agile best practices, DevOps processes, and engineering standards.

Requirements for the Sr .NET Developer:

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core).
  • Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead, leading development teams and driving technical direction.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including serving as a Scrum Master or Agile team lead.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise applications using IBM FileNet.
  • Strong experience working with Oracle Database, including SQL development and database integration.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
