IDR is seeking a Contract Procurement Functional Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to supporting a major ERP transformation initiative, focusing on the procurement module within Workday, to enhance business processes and system integrations.

Position Overview for the Procurement Functional Business Analyst:

The Functional Business Analyst will serve as a key member of the ERP transformation team, supporting business process design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday business processes and related integrations.
The role requires a strong understanding of Procurement business operations, ERP implementations, requirements gathering, testing coordination, data conversion, and organizational change activities.

Requirements for the Procurement Functional Business Analyst:

Experience supporting ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle and strong knowledge of Workday inventory module and configuration.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience coordinating testing and managing defect resolution.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience with data conversion, reporting requirements, and business process documentation.
