IDR is seeking a Business Account Representative to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is part of a growing energy services organization focused on delivering exceptional customer solutions. The Business Account Representative serves as the initial point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Position Overview for the Business Account Representative:

• Serve as the primary contact for all customer service-related issues, analyzing inquiries to determine the best course of action.
• Manage customer accounts by resolving billing, remittance, and utility-related questions efficiently.
• Support team and individual productivity goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Analyze customer interactions and prepare detailed reports to support service improvements.
• Assist in contract renewals and ensure customers fully understand product and service provisions.

Requirements for the Business Account Representative:

• 1–2 years of prior experience in energy industry, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze information, resolve issues, and make quick, fact-based decisions.
• Capacity to learn multiple systems supporting customer service operations swiftly.
• Bilingual Spanish/English speaking ability is preferred but not required.
