Position Overview for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:

Work with different departments
Work in a high-volume environment
Administer purchase order invoice process
Document and communicate resolutions
Making sure all data entered is correct and documented appropriately

Required Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

3+ years' experience processing Accounts Payable (A/P)
Experience with invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
High School Diploma required
Experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail and accuracy
SAP Preferred
