IDR is seeking a Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting large-scale content migration initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced development environment. The position offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects in a leading organization focused on innovative digital content solutions.

Position Overview for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer:

Develop, configure, and maintain AEM templates to support a large-scale content migration initiative.
Design and implement reusable AEM components and templates using AEM best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve AEM template and application issues throughout project lifecycles.
Mentor team members on AEM standards, development practices, and technical documentation.

Requirements for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer:

Hands-on experience developing templates and components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x.
Strong understanding of AEM Forms, Sling, OSGi, Java Content Repository (JCR), and Dispatcher architecture.
Experience developing with Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with modern front-end development frameworks.
Experience using collaboration and development tools such as Jira, Subversion (SVN), and SharePoint.
