IDR is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis or remote. This role focuses on defining and scaling a design system across various digital platforms to enhance user experience through standardization and component reuse. The position involves strategic and executional tasks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and efficiency across digital products.

Position Overview for the Digital Product Manager:

  • Support and scale a comprehensive design system across multiple digital touchpoints including websites, mobile apps, and event registration platforms.
  • Partner with product managers, UX, engineering, and analytics teams to identify shared needs and opportunities for component reuse.
  • Translate design standards into scalable, reusable component definitions, establishing clear prioritization and roadmaps for development.
  • Leverage AI-enabled approaches to accelerate component identification and scaling efforts.
  • Bring clarity and structure to fragmented landscapes by assessing current experiences and defining actionable product requirements.

Requirements for the Digital Product Manager:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting enterprise digital products or platform solutions.
  • Experience owning Design Systems, Component Libraries, or Shared Platform capabilities used across multiple product teams.
  • Demonstrated experience creating product roadmaps and translating ambiguous business needs into prioritized requirements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, UX, and Engineering to drive standardization and reusable solutions.
  • Experience leveraging product analytics, customer insights, or experimentation to inform prioritization and product strategy.
