IDR is seeking a Bilingual Prepaid Wireless Field Support Specialist (Mandarin/English) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in California. This role is pivotal in supporting Chinese-speaking retail partners within a dynamic wireless industry, providing hands-on assistance, training, and digital support to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Position Overview for the Bilingual Prepaid Wireless Field Support Specialist (Mandarin/English):
- Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking prepaid wireless retail partners.
- Provide on-site and remote support to optimize retailer engagement and sales performance.
- Educate store owners and their staff on prepaid wireless products, promotions, and best practices.
- Inspect and drive Chinese marketing campaigns at retail stores.
- Receive calls as the first point of contact to help resolve dealer escalations.
- Develop and deliver Mandarin-language training sessions for retailer support agents.
- Support coaching and calibration sessions to improve customer service and support consistency for Mandarin-speaking care agents.
- Support social media and messaging platforms used by Chinese-speaking retailers (e.g., WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Assist with creation and translation of Mandarin-language digital content, guides, and promotional materials.
- Monitor feedback and trends from digital channels to inform training and support strategies.
- Provide feedback on the usability of internal and customer-facing apps in Mandarin.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to improve Mandarin language integration and user experience.
Requirements for the Bilingual Prepaid Wireless Field Support Specialist (Mandarin/English):
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (Required).
- Wireless sales in indirect sales or pre-paid experience preferred.
- Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially WeChat) used in Chinese-speaking communities.
- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of mobile applications and digital tools.
