IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds within a dynamic organization focused on innovative customer engagement solutions.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.
- Collaborate with business teams to interpret requirements and craft technical stories.
- Implement automation, integration, and platform governance best practices to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and custom CSS.
- Handle integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:
- 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- 2+ years of development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and processing jobs.
- Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices.
