IDR is seeking a Creative Director to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role provides strategic creative leadership within a dynamic environment focused on marketing, fundraising, and brand initiatives. The position offers an excellent opportunity to influence multi-channel storytelling and work alongside senior stakeholders to shape impactful campaigns.
Position Overview for the Creative Director:
- Serve as a senior creative leader providing strategic guidance across integrated marketing and branding initiatives.
- Develop and oversee creative concepts that support campaign goals, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to bring creative visions to life.
- Review and provide feedback on creative materials during all phases of production to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Present creative strategies and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key campaign decisions.
Requirements for the Creative Director:
- 10+ years of creative direction experience with a portfolio demonstrating large-scale, integrated campaigns.
- Proven success in overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and video channels.
- Strong presentation skills with experience in presenting to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate audience insights and business objectives into compelling creative strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills with agencies, designers, copywriters, and production teams.
