IDR is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role is focused on managing and optimizing certificate management strategies across diverse environments, helping to advance the company’s systems infrastructure using industry best practices. The position requires deep technical expertise and offers the chance to contribute to a major organization’s IT security and automation initiatives.

Position Overview for the Systems Engineer IV:

• Responsible for managing and transforming enterprise PKI and secrets management platforms to ensure seamless, automated services.
• Develops and maintains a user-friendly self-service portal for certificate provisioning.
• Builds API-driven automation capabilities to enable DevOps teams to integrate security processes into CI/CD workflows.
• Focuses on platform consolidation, standardizing workflows, and maximizing the ROI of existing cryptographic and certificate solutions.
• Brings extensive experience in cryptographic platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation to support future growth and security enhancements.

Requirements for the Systems Engineer IV:

• 7-10 years of experience managing certificate and other cryptographic platforms.
• Experience with Keyfactor certificate platforms is highly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in an engineering capacity in the Directory Services/DevOps space developing and automating workflows for secrets management.
• PowerShell experience is required.
• Experience with HSM platform deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
