IDR is seeking a Revenue Operations Trainer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the delivery and evaluation of learning programs within a dynamic organization focused on professional development and operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Revenue Operations Trainer:
- Supports the delivery, evaluation, and management of learning programs aimed at building organizational skills and competencies.
- Manages and delivers new hire role-based training along with other professional development initiatives.
- Collaborates with designers, educators, subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure impactful training delivery.
- Monitors implementation of training initiatives using metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
- Designs and develops both informal and formal learning solutions utilizing various instructional methods.
Requirements for the Revenue Operations Trainer:
- Demonstrated experience using adult learning theory and methodologies to design and deliver training.
- Highly effective facilitator/trainer.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Independent problem solving and decision making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
