IDR is seeking an Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting State project and specializes in integrated eligibility systems within health and human services programs. The position requires deep experience in eligibility operations, business processes, and system functionality for government programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and others.
Position Overview for the Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) Tester:
- Support testing activities for integrated eligibility systems supporting health and human services programs.
- Execute functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business users to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
- Manage defect documentation, tracking, and resolution using testing tools like JIRA and Selenium.
- Quickly adapt to complex eligibility workflows and support validation of system enhancements and releases.
Requirements for the Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) Tester:
- Strong experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) projects.
- Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support, or other HHS programs.
- Demonstrated software testing experience in government or public sector environments.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Ability to quickly understand complex eligibility workflows and business processes.
