IDR is seeking a CAPPS Functional Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. Write your attention to detail and deep ERP functional expertise to support critical talent acquisition and performance management workflows within the CAPPS Program.
Position Overview for the CAPPS Functional Consultant
- Provide highly advanced, senior-level consultative functional support for the CAPPS Program.
- Lead setup and configuration efforts for Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway (TAM/CG), OnBoarding, and Enterprise Performance Management (ePM).
- Support security and access control administration for sensitive HR, applicant, and new-hire data across relevant modules.
- Ensure configuration accuracy for workflows, routing, notifications, approvals, and downstream onboarding task completion.
Requirements for the CAPPS Functional Consultant:
- 10+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations.
- 10+ years of experience gathering and presenting applicable data in support of a variety of audits and open records requests.
- 10+ years of experience interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements.
- 8+ years of extensive experience supporting the Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management).
- 8+ years of extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities.
