IDR is seeking a Project Manager II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN, Houston, TX or Saline, MI.
Position Overview for the Project Manager II:
- Lead multiple medium-to-large IT, clinical, or business projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, resources, risks, documentation, and quality assurance while following established PMO methodologies and standards.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and communicating progress to leadership.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, junior project managers, and external consultants to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements for the Project Manager II:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting IT initiatives.
- 3+ years of information systems experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP/PMI certification preferred, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance.
