Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Recruiter:
Engage in full-cycle recruiting to source and hire qualified candidates for field-based roles, supporting the Final Mile initiative.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
Represent our client's employment brand at conferences, job fairs, and workshops, promoting their mission and values.
Develop and deliver training materials for hiring managers to enhance recruitment, interviewing, and decision-making processes.
Required Skills for Recruiter:
2–4 years of relevant recruiting experience, particularly in logistics, warehouse, or delivery roles.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and all Microsoft applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with all levels of hiring managers.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in non-discriminatory hiring.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
