Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator :
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with front-line candidate service, administrative assistance, and interview coordination
- Schedule all interviews, create interview agendas as needed, and ensure candidates have a positive experience across phone, video, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate scheduling and recruiting data while managing fast-paced, high-volume coordination needs
- Help with recruiting operations including posting jobs as requested and supporting interview planning workflows
- Collaborate on upcoming ATS implementation efforts to streamline talent acquisition processes
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator :
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years in an administrative position with scheduling-heavy and customer-facing experience
- 3+ years of human resources coordination experience highly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with tools like Outlook and scheduling multiple calendars
- Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, strong follow-through, and the ability to think and problem solve
