Position Overview for the GIS Analyst: The Position would be assisting with verifying, updating and maintaining databases for city fee-owned properties, tax-foreclosed properties and property leases. This would include document research, uploading and entering data into a geodatabase of existing features, quality control of the GIS dataset based on address and legal description.

Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience working with GIS data and GIS data editing
- 2+ years of experience interpretating Land Records and Legal Descriptions
- 2+ years of experience with Data Input and Data Quality Control
- 1+ years of experience using ArcGIS COGO (Or related tools) to create polygon boundaries
