Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Program Manager – UKG Reimplementation:
Lead the entire project lifecycle for the UKG Dimensions reimplementation, from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
Ensure seamless integration between UKG Dimensions and the concurrent Workday implementation, focusing on timekeeping, payroll, and workforce management.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, and executive dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, Nursing, and Finance to facilitate decision-making and project alignment.
Partner with UKG Dimensions experts to manage project functionality, configuration, and best practices.
Required Skills for Senior Program Manager – UKG Reimplementation:
Bachelor’s Degree with over 10 years of project management experience, including 5+ years focused on UKG Dimensions.
Proven leadership in full lifecycle UKG Dimensions implementations and reimplementations.
Expertise in pay rule configuration, complex shift differentials, and clinical scheduling models.
Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and HCM, especially in healthcare environments.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
