IDR is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, Boston, or Miami. This role supports a highly regulated sample distribution program within a leading organization in the healthcare/life sciences space. You will serve as the day-to-day operations point of contact for field sales teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate tracking, and compliance across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Position Overview for the Sales Support Specialist:
  • Manage and monitor a shared inbox to research, resolve, and escalate sample program inquiries from a large field sales organization
  • Ensure sample distribution activities align with external regulations and internal compliance/SOP requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to support accurate reporting and program execution
  • Enter, track, and report activity across multiple sample-fulfillment and sales support systems to maintain data integrity and accountability
  • Maintain and update rep rosters by tracking onboarding, territory changes, and terminations to support internal and external reporting needs

Requirements for the Sales Support Specialist :
  • 3+ years of recent experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role with strong problem-solving skills (not a call center environment)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • High-volume email support experience with comfort working primarily through written communication
  • Experience with data entry and navigating multiple systems to investigate issues and drive resolution
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as Finance, Banking, or Pharma (strong plus)
