IDR is seeking an AI Catalyst & Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading enterprise AI initiatives by identifying high-value use cases, redesigning workflows, and driving AI-enabled solutions across the organization. The company operates within the technology and innovation sector, focusing on harnessing AI to transform business operations and workflows.

Position Overview for the AI Catalyst & Product Manager:

Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives by identifying high-value AI use cases, redesigning business workflows, and driving implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the organization
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate opportunities into practical AI products, agents, copilots, and workflow solutions
Drive organizational change, user adoption, and workforce upskilling while helping teams effectively integrate AI into day-to-day operations
Ideal candidates will be AI-native professionals who actively use AI in their own work and have successfully implemented at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution

Requirements for the AI Catalyst & Product Manager:

Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Management Consulting
Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution
Strong experience analyzing, documenting, and redesigning business processes and workflows
Experience driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
Strong communication, facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills
