IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This role involves leading complex enterprise technology projects within an innovative environment focused on cloud modernization and organizational transformation. The company operates in the technology services industry, emphasizing enterprise IT solutions and modernization initiatives.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation to completion, including platform migrations, cloud initiatives, and organizational tools deployment.
- Develop and manage project strategies, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee project scope, quality, cost, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
- Direct cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
- Prepare executive-level documentation, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership while coordinating dependencies across multiple modernization initiatives.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors, and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives in public sector or regulated environments.
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, including cloud modernization and platform migrations.
- 4+ years of experience with enterprise IT concepts, cloud platforms, and governance models.
- 2+ years supporting modernization efforts such as application rationalization, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture alignment.
