IDR is seeking an Advisor – Employee Experience Analytics to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves providing data-driven insights and analytical support to enhance employee experience initiatives. The position is ideal for professionals with a passion for translating complex HR data into strategic business recommendations within a dynamic organization.

Position Overview for the Advisor – Employee Experience Analytics:

Serve as a key contributor in delivering analytical insights, reporting solutions, and support to enable data-informed decision-making across employee experience functions.
Focus on executing and planning by translating business needs into scalable analytics, reports, and visualizations to support workforce strategies.
Partner with stakeholders to improve data accessibility, ensure high-quality data use, and contribute to analytics standards, processes, and governance.
Analyze large HR/EX datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, translating these into actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements for the Advisor – Employee Experience Analytics:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related data-driven role.
Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools.
Familiarity with employee listening platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and survey analytics.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build reports/dashboards, and communicate insights effectively.
