IDR is seeking a Customer Engagement Marketing Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading customer engagement initiatives for a prominent entertainment and dining company, focusing on loyalty program growth and retention through sophisticated lifecycle campaigns. The position requires a technically skilled individual capable of managing multi-channel marketing efforts independently.
Position Overview for the Customer Engagement Marketing Lead:
The Lead, CRM & Loyalty Marketing is responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and personalization strategies through CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives. This role leads lifecycle marketing efforts, oversees cross-functional projects, and helps optimize customer communications across multiple channels. The position requires experience with CRM platforms and marketing technology tools, along with a strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer segmentation, and personalized engagement strategies.
Requirements for the Customer Engagement Marketing Lead:
- 4+ years of experience with CRM and Lifecycle marketing
- 2+ years of experience in marketing loyalty programs
- 2+ years of experience with Marketing Technology
- Experience Project Management – managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally with
