IDR is seeking a Ad Operations Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting paid media and advertising operations across multiple AdTech and media buying platforms, focusing on campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and platform maintenance. The organization operates within the digital advertising industry, providing high-volume campaign execution support.
Position Overview for the Ad Operations Specialist:
- Support paid media and advertising operations by executing campaign setup, trafficking, and platform maintenance
- Manage advertising campaign quality assurance, including pre-launch checks and ongoing validation
- Monitor multiple advertising platforms to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and troubleshoot issues
- Support internal and external stakeholders with campaign-related communication and technical support
- Assist with process improvement and operational support related to paid media execution
Requirements for the Ad Operations Specialist:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in advertising operations, media operations, or a related digital advertising role
- Hands-on experience or direct exposure to paid advertising and AdTech platforms is required
- Experience with campaign trafficking, quality assurance, and platform monitoring
- Ability to support technical troubleshooting related to campaign setup and ad delivery
- Experience working with platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Google Ads, Integral Ad Science, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, or Microsoft Ads
