IDR is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Malvern, PA. This role supports initiatives within the investment management industry, focusing on middle office operations and strategic system improvements. The position involves partnering with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, facilitate Agile processes, and support operational workflows without mentioning any compensation specifics.
Position Overview for the Business Systems Analyst:
- Support initiatives within the investment management domain, focusing on middle office functions such as trade support, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations, and technology teams to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and system optimization.
- Use Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to track requirements, manage project progress, and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Assist with testing activities, including UAT coordination, test case validation, and production support.
Requirements for the Business Systems Analyst :
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong investment management industry experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting middle office operations and workflows.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency using Jira and related project management/documentation tools.
