IDR is seeking a Systems Analyst – Eligibility & Enrollment to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting eligibility and enrollment systems within a public sector environment, working closely with stakeholders to ensure system functionalities align with operational needs. The organization is a government agency providing vital public services and benefits.
Position Overview for the Systems Analyst – Eligibility & Enrollment:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and system requirements related to eligibility and enrollment initiatives
- Facilitate system design discussions and support solution definition activities
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, QA teams, and project leadership to support system enhancements and implementations
- Support development, testing, and implementation activities across the SDLC lifecycle
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, requirements artifacts, and related project documentation
