IDR is seeking a Data Engineer to join one of our top clients onsite in Dallas on a long term contract opportunity! 

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Engineer:
We are seeking a skilled GCP Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient data flow and integration across various GCP services.

Required Skills for the Data Engineer:

• 7+ years of  hands-on GCP/BQ/Dataflow experience
• 7+ years of SQL skills 
• 5+ years of shell and Python scripting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with the business and gather requirements
