IDR is seeking a Talent Integrations and Data Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading initiatives around talent data, system integrations, and analytics to support organizational decision-making in a dynamic industry environment. The company is known for its innovative approach to talent management and technology-driven solutions.
Position Overview for the Talent Integrations and Data Manager:
- Lead a team responsible for developing and executing operational strategies for talent data, reporting, and system integrations
- Oversee talent data platforms and HR integration solutions to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality data connectivity across HR and enterprise systems
- Partner closely with HR, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive data transformation, reporting, and integration initiatives
- Support business intelligence goals by delivering analytics solutions such as dashboards and reports
- Operate in a player/coach capacity, combining team leadership, mentorship, and hands-on technical contribution
Requirements for the Talent Integrations and Data Manager:
- 8+ years of experience with HR data management & data warehousing/operational data store (ODS)
- 5+ years of HR systems integration (APIs/ETL) with HRIS platforms (Workday / SuccessFactors) with integration lifecycle ownership
- Hands-on experience with database development & data modeling (SQL Server/Oracle; HR data models)
- 2+ years of leading analytics solutions delivery – BI/analytics delivery (reporting, dashboards, Power BI/Tableau; data transformation/quality)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
