IDR is seeking a Global Social Media Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll help execute global social content and channel strategies across multiple platforms while supporting operational excellence (access, tooling, onboarding, and documentation). You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional and international partners to deliver player-first communication and strengthen community engagement.
Position Overview for the Global Social Media Coordinator:
- Execute social media content and channel strategies across multiple brands/products and platforms
- Support social media operations and administration (channel access, tools, onboarding, documentation, best practices)
- Coordinate campaign execution with regional social teams to ensure content is localized and relevant
- Monitor social conversations and platform issues, escalating risks and emerging trends appropriately
- Support project organization and intake processes for cross-functional requests and policies
Requirements for the Global Social Media Coordinator:
- 1+ year of experience in social media, digital marketing, and/or online community work
- Hands-on experience using social media management/reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Talkwalker or similar)
- Familiarity with major global social platforms and how tactics vary by channel (e.g., X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, etc.)
- Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills with a detail-oriented, organized working style
- Ability to juggle multiple requests, manage intake/workflows, and support stakeholders across time zones
