IDR is seeking a Lead, AI & Automation Catalyst – Application Operations to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role is at the forefront of transforming application support through advanced automation and AI technologies within a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment. The company leverages innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
Position Overview for the Lead, AI & Automation Catalyst – Application Operations:
- Lead efforts to transition the Application Support team from manual triage processes to automated, AI-driven workflows.
- Develop and implement AI agents, self-healing mechanisms, and automation strategies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual friction points and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Mentor team members on AI concepts, driving cultural change from manual-first to automation-centric practices.
- Translate complex AI and automation technologies into practical tools that enhance support functions.
Requirements for the Lead, AI & Automation Catalyst – Application Operations:
- 20+ years of deep operational experience within complex, integrated SaaS and healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Generative AI, Vector Search, and AI Agents (Oracle or Google Cloud preferred).
- Extensive technical skills in SQL, Python, and scripting to develop immediate solutions.
- Proven ability to operate as a self-starter, driving change and influencing team culture without formal authority.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand support tools.
