IDR is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join one of our top clients for Denver, Colorado. This role involves supporting administrative and billing operations in a dynamic environment. The company operates within the healthcare or finance industry, focusing on precise data management and team collaboration.
Position Overview for the Data Entry Specialist:
- Perform data entry, billing support, and administrative tasks with high accuracy
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, and formulas to manage data effectively
- Ensure data integrity by managing high-volume information and reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment, working onsite in Denver three days a week
- Follow established procedures and escalate issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements for the Data Entry Specialist:
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative operations, billing support, or accounting coordination (internships acceptable with strong Excel skills)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting/filtering, basic formulas, data cleanup; able to work confidently in spreadsheets all day)
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working onsite in Denver in a collaborative team environment and adapting quickly to changing processes
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism (able to escalate issues early and follow instructions precisely)
