IDR is seeking a Hardware Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves providing essential hardware troubleshooting and device configuration support. The position is a contract role with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Position Overview for the Hardware Technician:
- Responsible for hardware troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Configure devices prior to shipment to clients ensuring proper setup
- Perform device testing and quality checks to meet industry standards
- Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm to meet project deadlines
Requirements for the Hardware Technician:
- Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
- Ability to configure devices effectively before shipment
- Strong focus on troubleshooting desktop or hardware issues
- Industry experience primarily in telecom or wireless computing
