IDR is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in leading end-to-end technology implementation projects within a fast-paced, enterprise environment, supporting a global organization with flexible working hours aligned with US time zones.
Position Overview for the Sr. Project Manager:
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch stabilization for enterprise technology systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, validate requirements with technical teams, and oversee change control processes.
- Coordinate testing phases, manage defect resolution, and secure business sign-offs on UAT.
- Manage vendor relationships, run status meetings, and handle escalations to mitigate project risks.
Requirements for the Sr. Project Manager:
- 5–8 years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full system implementation lifecycles—requirements through go-live.
- Experience leading UAT coordination, defect management, and go-live processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- PMP certification or actively pursuing (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent also accepted).
