IDR is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, Colorado. This role focuses on synthesizing existing research data within a healthcare enterprise software environment, utilizing AI tools to generate insights across multiple channels. The position offers a hybrid onsite/remote work schedule, emphasizing research analysis and centralization.
Position Overview for the UX Researcher:
- Conducts user experience research in an enterprise software setting within the healthcare industry.
- Synthesizes research data from various sources to create comprehensive insights.
- Uses AI-powered tools such as Dovetail to organize and analyze research findings.
- Collaborates with product designers and research team members to ensure cohesive insights.
- Maintains and updates a centralized repository of research data and insights.
Requirements for the UX Researcher:
- Strong research synthesizing skills and experience processing existing research data.
- Portfolio of use cases and case studies demonstrating UX research expertise.
- Experience with enterprise software environments, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Dovetail for research analysis.
- MS 365 and Sharepoint
- Comfortable with a short-term contract and hybrid onsite work Tuesdays and Thursdays.
