IDR is seeking a Associate Manager, Audience Development to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on engaging audiences within the music industry, particularly in the hip hop and R&B genres, through innovative email and SMS marketing strategies. The company operates in the entertainment sector, providing dynamic opportunities for professionals passionate about music and digital marketing.
Position Overview for the Associate Manager, Audience Development:
- Manage and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to increase audience engagement and retention.
- Analyze campaign data to develop insights and strategies that drive brand growth and audience loyalty.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop personalized customer journeys and engagement tactics.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with best practices, privacy standards, and deliverability requirements.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for the Associate Manager, Audience Development:
- 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, with a deep appreciation and understanding of the hip hop and R&B music genres.
- Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Experience with personalization, customer journey building, and retention-driving strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
