IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading complex EHR implementation projects, with a focus on migrating data from AdvancedMD to Canvas or other modern, API-forward systems. The company specializes in healthcare technology solutions, and this position offers the chance to work on innovative projects within the healthcare industry.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Manage end-to-end EHR implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical and clinical staff, to facilitate successful system rollouts.
- Oversee complex data migrations, particularly involving healthcare data systems such as Canvas, AvonHealth, or Healthier.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, with expertise in Jira and Confluence, to streamline project workflows.
- Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and provide leadership to project teams throughout the implementation cycle.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 10+ years of project management experience, specifically in healthcare IT.
- Proven experience managing at least 8-10 EHR implementation projects.
- Deep knowledge of EHR systems, including experience with Canvas and data migration complexities.
- Strong background in Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to handle projects involving complex data migrations and API integrations.
