IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager – Construction to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is within a dynamic organization specializing in real estate investment, development, and construction projects nationwide. The company focuses on delivering high-quality multifamily and commercial projects across the country, with a strong presence in multiple states.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Manager – Construction:
- Lead and scale the construction recruiting function while remaining hands-on in full-cycle recruiting.
- Serve as a strategic partner to construction leadership, owning hiring across field, project, and corporate construction roles.
- Drive recruiting strategy, process improvement, and team performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple projects, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with construction talent communities, passive candidates, and industry networks.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Manager – Construction:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on construction, development, or field-based roles.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams.
- Proven ability to manage 30–40+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple regions.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Field Engineers, and Estimators.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with VP-level and above.
