IDR is seeking a Recruiter – Property Management to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This organization operates within the real estate industry, focusing on property management, development, and investment. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for property management leadership and onsite roles across a large portfolio of affordable and conventional properties.

Position Overview for the Recruiter – Property Management:

  • Manage and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for key property management roles including Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and onsite staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various property management positions.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions and onboarding processes.

Requirements for the Recruiter – Property Management:

  • 3-5+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume, multi-site environments, preferably within real estate or property management.
  • Demonstrated success managing 40+ requisitions concurrently.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (preferably Paycor).
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and leadership.
  • High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands effectively.
