IDR is seeking a Online Content Specialist to join one of our top clients! This role involves managing digital content within a CMS, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring content quality and accessibility. It is suited for candidates with strong hands-on web content management experience and a focus on execution and platform management rather than just creative content creation.
Position Overview for the Online Content Specialist:
- Manage and update digital content within CMS tools to support marketing campaigns and website optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure unified content delivery
- Prioritize and handle multiple content updates simultaneously in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
- Apply knowledge of UX/UI and web accessibility standards to optimize user experience and performance
- Lead the content creation process end-to-end, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency
Requirements for the Online Content Specialist:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Web Content Management in a CMS environment such as AEM, Sitecore, or WordPress
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and web accessibility (ADA) standards, with practical experience applying them
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and content updates efficiently while maintaining quality
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but candidates fluent in English will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
