IDR is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Roswell, Georgia. The successful candidate will provide remote technical support to sites across the country, utilizing a ServiceNow ticketing system to resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. This is a great opportunity to join a leading organization in the industry and be part of a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT/tech support providing remote phone support (helpdesk, service desk)
- Extensive computer hardware and software experience, with troubleshooting skills at a tier 2 level or higher
- Experience with troubleshooting telecom, networking, and VPN solutions, as well as thin-clients, laptops, tablets, desk phones, printers, and scanners
- Experience with Citrix infrastructure and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow
