IDR is seeking a ServiceNow University Consultant – LATAM to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This role involves leading regional ServiceNow University initiatives across Latin America within a technology-focused organization that emphasizes training, enterprise solutions, and customer success. The position offers a flexible, part-time (30 hours/week) engagement that supports global and regional ServiceNow program delivery.

Position Overview for the ServiceNow University Consultant – LATAM:

Serve as the primary ServiceNow University consultant and program lead for Latin America, ensuring regional alignment of initiatives
Coordinate and lead SNU consultant activities, programs, and regional initiatives, acting as a key point of connection between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
Provide training consultations to enterprise customers to optimize their use of the SNU platform and offerings
Develop and maintain customer training adoption plans aligned to regional objectives and maturity levels
Support internal initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale SNU programs within the Latin American region

Requirements for the ServiceNow University Consultant – LATAM:

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, account management, solution consulting, or training program leadership
Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical skilling strategies
Experience designing and supporting enterprise-level learning or change initiatives
Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including customer leadership and internal regional teams
