IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Analyst / Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role focuses on supporting a rapidly growing healthcare organization by managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform used across multiple locations nationwide. The organization is expanding quickly, and this position offers a chance to be a key platform owner and driver of improvements within the enterprise ITSM environment.
Position Overview for the ServiceNow Operations Analyst / Business Analyst:
- Serve as the primary owner of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Configure and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, and functionality to support evolving operational requirements
- Analyze platform data and reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with IT leadership, support teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and platform initiatives
Requirements for the ServiceNow Operations Analyst / Business Analyst:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support (beyond end-user experience)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable solutions
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
