IDR is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCE) Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal in enhancing the organization’s digital marketing initiatives within the healthcare industry, focusing on CRM growth and sophisticated campaign execution without mentioning compensation.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCE) Solution Architect:
- Serve as a technical builder and architect, designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with business and marketing strategy leaders, data engineering, email development, and QA teams to ensure scalable, automated, compliant, and resilient campaigns.
- Bring deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically across data, audience architecture, automation, and personalization.
- Handle complex data models, audience segmentation, and personalization mechanics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Act as a key technical resource during a period of CRM growth, supporting campaigns that require a high level of sophistication and reliability.
Requirements for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCE) Solution Architect:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a Solution Architect or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
- Strong command of Salesforce data models, audience segmentation, and personalization mechanics.
- Proven experience with Salesforce automations and complex journeys, including SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and Data Extensions.
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions that work effectively in production, with a focus on real-world application and operational stability.
